I've been working with Support Resort since 2009. I've used their designers, web developers and system admins with good success. I communicate with them daily to give feedback on work done and to send new instructions. The nice thing is that I don't need to fully spec out the requirements ahead of time and since they work for me full time, I can make new requests whenever I want. They can even work on multiple projects at once.
Tip: if communications seem strained with one of the developers, escalate it early and explain exactly what you are not happy about. I've had to replace 2 people but if you are reasonable in your requests, they will listen and assign a new staff member who will fit your style better
